The ship loading project for Kibing Glass Company at Dongshan Port is an example of how advanced material handling technology has a significant impact on the port industry. This project features a ship loader with a belt width of 1000mm and a belt speed adjustable from 0 to 3.5m/s. The entire conveying unit has 46m in length, 6.8m in width, and stands 14m tall, capable of handling unloading heights from 5 to 14m. Using variable frequency motorized pulley, the conveying capacity can reach 1400 tons/hour.
The loader is equipped with a telescopic boom that moves at a speed of 0.1m/s, a hydraulic lifting system that can be adjusted between 8-18°, and four-wheel drive that moves at a speed of up to 0.2m/s, making it highly flexible. Its design can move left and right, move back and forth, and even turn, making it very suitable for effectively managing different stacking and loading tasks at different heights and angles.
