The Dafeng Port Ship Loader Project has a rated throughput capacity of 1000 t/h and is optimized for materials with a bulk density of 1600 kg/m³. It is equipped with a 1000 mm belt and supports stepless speed control from 0 to 2.0 m/s, ensuring stable and efficient material conveying.

To meet the operating requirements at Dafeng Port, the machine has a total length of 33 meters and is equipped with a 10.5-meter telescopic stroke. Combined with a 270° slewing angle and luffing adjustment range of 7° to 17°, the system can precisely cover different ship holds, with a maximum stacking height of 10 meters. Powered by a total installed capacity of 80 kW, the ship loader improves port loading efficiency while maintaining an optimal balance between performance and energy consumption.
