Ship Loading Project at Port of Palembang, Sumatra, Indonesia
The shiploader at the Port of Palembang features a main conveyor length of 33.5 meters, with an additional 12.5-meter telescopic extension, resulting in a maximum roller center distance of 46 meters. Designed for efficient bulk handling, it operates with a 1,200mm belt width, a belt speed of 4m/s, and a rated capacity of at least 1,000 tons per hour.
With a feeding height of up to 3.25 meters at the tail and a maximum discharge height of 12 meters at the head, the system ensures smooth material flow. Powered by a 195kW motor, it runs on 380V, 50Hz electrical specifications.
This shiploader supports longitudinal and lateral movement, with a fixed tail section for stable radial swing operations. Movement control is operated via remote control or manual push-button commands, providing flexible and precise material loading.
Kibing Glass Company (Fujian)’s Ship Loading Project at Dongshan Port
The ship loading project for Kibing Glass Company at Dongshan Port is an example of how advanced material handling technology has a significant impact on the port industry. This project features a ship loader with a belt width of 1000mm and a belt speed adjustable from 0 to 3.5m/s. The entire conveying unit has 47.9m in length, 6.8m in width, and stands 15.5m tall, capable of handling unloading heights from 5 to 14m. Using variable frequency motorized pulley, the conveying capacity can reach 1400 tons/hour.
The loader is equipped with a telescopic boom that moves at a speed of 0.1m/s, a hydraulic lifting system that can be adjusted between 8-18°, and four-wheel drive that moves at a speed of up to 0.2m/s, making it highly flexible. Its design can move left and right, move back and forth, and even turn, making it very suitable for effectively managing different stacking and loading tasks at different heights and angles.
Ship Loading Project in Jambi, Indonesia
The ship loading project in Jambi, Indonesia shows a comprehensive solution for efficient coal handling and transportation. This project includes a mobile ship loader of BW1000mm and a truck unloader of BW1200mm, achieving a ship loading capacity of 600 tons/hour. A key feature of this device is the main truss design, which allows equipment to be transported to the destination port in a 40ft container, demonstrating innovative methods of logistics and assembly.
Ashapura Minechem’s Ship Loading Project at Guinea Port
The Ashapura Minechem ship loading project at the Port of Guinea was launched in December 2019, where Yuxin provided a customized approach to solve the complex material handling needs. After in-depth discussions and on-site analysis, our team has designed a unique ship loader system. It includes three belt conveyors of BW1400mm, capable of moving 1200 tons of material at a speed of 2.5m/s per hour. These conveyors are 128.83 meters long and can lift materials up to 9.86 meters high. A prominent feature is the expandability of the conveying head, which improves the flexibility of operation.
A truss structure was used for bulk material handling system, and the durability and stability of the system were analyzed using Ansys software. This analysis ensures that all components are assembled smoothly and without interference in 3D settings, demonstrating Yuxin’s commitment to providing efficient and reliable material handling solutions.
