We prioritize customer satisfaction. If there are any issues with the products during the warranty period, we will provide immediate solutions through phone or video support. For major malfunctions that require replacement parts, we provide them free of charge. If necessary, we will dispatch technical personnel for on-site repair or replacement. Even outside the warranty period, we will make every effort to guide and resolve any issues that may arise from using the product.
