The ship loading project in Jambi, Indonesia, demonstrates an integrated solution for efficient coal handling. Designed with a rated capacity of 1,000 t/h, this system is suitable for bulk material with densities of approximately 900 kg/m³. The entire system uses a 1,000 mm belt width and an adjustable belt speed of 0 to 3.15 m/s, ensuring stable conveying and high-efficiency operation. The maximum overall length of the equipment is approximately 33 meters, including a telescopic stroke of up to 10.5 meters, allowing flexible adaptation to different vessel types and loading positions. During ship loading operations, the maximum stacking height reaches 10 meters. The equipment offers a luffing angle range of 7°–17° and a slewing angle of 270°, greatly expanding the operational coverage area. The system's total installed power is around 80 kW, providing a balance between conveying capacity and energy efficiency. This makes it suitable for continuous, high-frequency ship loading operations at ports.
