The project is led by Shandong Water Transport Development Group under Shandong Marine Group. Tengzhou Port is equipped with six 2000-ton-class berths capable of accommodating vessels up to 3000 tons, with an annual bulk cargo handling capacity of 4.5 million tons.

The project used equipment including:The system comprises 12 belt conveyors, all with a belt width of 1200mm, a rated capacity of 1200t/h, and a belt speed of 2.5m/s, with a total installed length of 1566 m. The process involves front-end loaders feeding material into the pit hopper, where a material limiting device regulates the feed onto the pit belt conveyor. The pit belt conveyor then transfers the material to the ship loader to complete vessel loading operations.
