Invested by PT General Energy Bali, this project was the largest overseas project constructed by China Huadian Engineering Co at the time. The installation of Bali's largest coal-fired power plant has an installed capacity of 3x142MW, which will bear more than 40% of the electricity load of the island after completion and commissioning.

The project used equipment including:The conveying system comprises a total of 14 belt conveyors with belt widths of 800mm, 1400mm, and 1600 mm, providing a total installed conveying length of 2260m.
