The stockyard stacking project in Russia features a mobile stacking system designed for efficient bulk material handling in stockyards. Equipped with a direct feed shiploader, it has a 1,000mm belt width, an extended total length of 49 meters, and a maximum stacking height of 15.8 meters.
The system features a rated capacity of 750 t/h and is suitable for materials with a bulk density of approximately 1.7 g/cm³. It allows belt speed adjustments from 0 to 2 m/s. The telescopic stroke extends 15 meters, with a maximum stacking height of up to 15.8 meters. The stacking system features a luffing angle range of 9°–18° and a slewing angle of 270°, with a total installed power of around 251 kW, meeting the requirements for continuous and stable operation.
The system includes a fixed belt conveyor section, telescopic belt conveyor, material chute, lifting support structure, conveyor support axle, front travel mechanism, rear crawler travel mechanism, and dual-side walkways. It supports telescopic extension, circular stacking, pitch angle adjustment, and forward-backward movement, ensuring flexible and reliable material handling operations.
