For the Shaanxi Longmen Company project, we supplied a portable conveyor system designed for efficiency and adaptability. The conveyor features a belt with a width of B1000mm and a speed of 2.5 m/s, reaching a material conveyance capacity of 500t/h, ensuring rapid material handling. We engineered the portable conveyor system for versatility with a lifting height of 6m, adjustable horizontal lengths from 10 to 21.6m, and material distribution heights between 6.2 to 9.2m, complemented by an input height of 3m.

The system's rotation capability of ±175°, powered by dual 30kW motors, a 5.5kW extension motor, and a 1.5kW rotation motor, offers unparalleled operational flexibility. With extension and rotation speeds set at 0.2m/s and one rotation per minute respectively, it provides precise control over material flow. Mounted on a Tang Jun chassis, the mobile unit can travel between 5 to 10km/h, and features a hopper with a volume of 8 to 10m³, suitable for a wide range of industrial needs due to its robust and efficient design.
