For the Lomon Billions Pipe Belt Conveyor System Project, our team was tasked with an innovative venture at Henan Billions New Materials Co., Ltd., focusing on a reduced titanium 2*6000t steel plate storage project. We were responsible for the comprehensive design, manufacturing, and installation of the pipe belt conveyor system. This specialized conveyor boasts a diameter of 200mm and spans 136 meters in length, capable of handling a throughput of 200t/h with a turning radius of R=80000mm. This project highlights our ability to tackle unique material handling challenges with bespoke engineering solutions, particularly in managing and transporting sensitive materials with precision and care.
