This EPC project, with an annual production capacity of 4 million tons of coke, is located in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. The coke conveyor section is equipped with 17 belt conveyors, including two reversible bunker belt conveyors. The conveyors have belt widths ranging from 1400mm to 1600mm, with conveying capacities of 350-550t/h and a belt speed of 1.6m/s, providing a total installed conveying length of 3118m.

In consideration of the operational environment of the coke conveyor section, the carrying idlers adopt the self-developed ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) idlers. The self-aligning idlers utilize our proprietary automatic self-aligning idlers, and the carrying surface drums are fitted with ceramic-lagged pulleys.
