- Horizontal Portable Transfer Conveyors
Yuxin Machinery horizontal portable transfer conveyors are engineered for flexible material transfer. They are widely utilized in mining, port, and other industries to efficiently execute horizontal material transfer and resolve equipment connection bottlenecks.
Available in both crawler-mounted and wheeled configurations, the conveyor system achieves overall mobility via either motor (hydraulic) driven wheel sets or passive towing. The optimized structural design of the frame ensures that no deformation or fracture occurs during relocation. Optional equipment, including rain covers, maintenance walkways, and belt scales, can be configured based on the customer's onsite requirements.

In early 2026, a customized B800 × 15 m passive-towed horizontal portable transfer conveyor was delivered to a customer in Kazakhstan. Featuring a conveying capacity of 300 t/h, the conveyor system is equipped with protection devices including pull-cord, belt misalignment, and slip detection.
The conveyor adopted a passive-towing design with non-powered wheel sets, enabling the customer to quickly reposition the equipment according to changing site requirements.
